We asked to Axelle Mollaret, World Champion 2019, what is her secret is for an optimal summer training, which will make her reach the winter season in perfect shape.
“Try to train in company, you will not easily yield to the recall of the sofa! Here are 5 good reasons to decide to train in the company of a good friend or, as in my case, of your life partner:
1.Anti laziness for excellence. We are honest, even the most loyal to duty have had days where they would have preferred not to train, either because they are tired , either because of the climatic conditions, or because of the laziness of the moment. If planned a workout in the company, there will be no excuse!
2 You feel less fatigue. Training with someone, time passes faster and you notice less than fatigue . This is a great advantage especially if you are planning an intense and prolonged workout; if you want you can also challenge yourself, it will be fun and will keep the competition spirit alive.
3 The understanding is strengthened. Wether is your fiancé or a friend, doing physical activity together will make your relationship stronger, improve understanding and complicity. It is indeed a way to spend time together and share experiences.
- The bar is raised. Training is company stimulate us to give the best of ourselves, not to be satisfied with the goals reached, but to always have new ones. A very good strategy to continue to improve, overcome one’s limits, achieve success and share them.
- More safety. A training partner can be invaluable in the event of injuries or inconveniences and help you deal with your training with greater serenity.
